Selling and buying capital goods around the world is a challenge both for exporters and importers. Financing at favorable terms would make life much easier. Usually, export credits for importers are rather complex and only available for high volume transactions.
We at RBI and Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic have changed this. With eSPEEDTRACK, the fast lane financing solution for export credits between 2 to 10 million euro, we have become pioneers in the world of export finance.

1. The applicant self-registers on the eSPEEDTRACK platform and fills in the required data in the eSPEEDTRACK questionnaire:
2. Export & Structured Trade Finance reviews the submitted data and either re-opens the questionnaire for the applicant to rework or forwards it to the selected Export Credit Agency.
3. The Export Credit Agency will also review the application and decide whether they want to go on the with request or decline.
The ECA can provide pre-liminary information on: Premium, coverage (political/commercial) and debtor category.
4. STEF will review the ECA response and provide the Importer with a Letter of Intent.
The eSPEEDTRACK process is initiated by the applicant (importer). The applicant has to self register via

The eSPEEDTRACK solution can be reached via http://speedtrack.myraiffeisen.com.
Applicants//Importers need to register (one-time) and log in to the website in order to send requests.
The applicant has to fill in all mandatory fields in the eSPEEDTRACK questionnaire. Within the sections the user sees which fields are mandatory (non mandatory fields are marked as optional). Further within the eSPEEDTRACK solution there are field validations, which means that the applicant is immediately informed in case of incorrect data input. After filling in all mandatory data the applicant can submit the eSPEEDTRACK application.
As soon as the applicant submits the eSPEEDTRACK request Export & Structured Trade Finance will receive an e-mail in its inbox informing that a new eSpeedtrack request has been submitted.
Export & Structured Trade Finance will contact the applicant about the decision on the eSPEEDTRACK request. In case both Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic and the ECA want to go on with the request the applicant will receive a Letter of Intent. The Letter of Intents are drawn up manually with the information from the questionnaire and the reply from ECA (premium, coverage, conditions).
