If you suspect abuse of your card, immediately block it by calling the NONSTOP info line at 800 900 900. Report the event to the Czech Police (or the nearest relevant authority if the card is abused abroad) and file a report of crime.
To claim a transaction billed in your account as invalid, you need to submit a written complaint at any of Raiffeisenbank's branch offices without delay. The form completed by the Czech Police or the relevant authority abroad is to be attached to the written complaint.
If your insurance is taken out with UNIQA pojišťovna a.s.:
In the case of an insurance claim, immediately contact EuropAssistance at +420 296 333 696. They will give you the contact details of the nearest contracting healthcare facility and advise you on what to do and which documents you need to keep for the claim procedure in the Czech Republic. Once you return to the Czech Republic, complete the Claim Report and send it with the relevant documents to UNIQA.
If your insurance is taken out with BNP Paribas Cardif Pojišťovna, a.s.:
In the case of an insurance claim, immediately contact Cardif Assistance at +420 234 240 244, who will assist you in dealing with all the issues related to your claim. They will give you the contact details of the nearest contracting healthcare facility and advise you on what to do and which documents you need to keep for the claim procedure. Also, they will send you the required forms, typically the Claim Report, along with the address to send all the documents to.

Contactless technology lets you pay for your purchases by merely tapping your card near a contactless point of sale terminal. Once you hear a beep, the payment is done. Usually, PIN is not required for payments under 500 CZK.
Payment cards let you make various payment operations, giving you flexibility and a number of benefits.
Pay at retailers - Shop without having to keep cash on you, free of worries of losing it. Moreover, you pay no fees for making payments at retailers. Selected credit cards also give you money back for your purchases.
Shop online, use telephone orders and payments - If you use online transactions or telephone orders and payments, you need to know the number of your card, its validity and the CVC2/CVV2 code that is located on the back of the card next to the signature strip. To make payments via an online payment gateway, e-commerce transactions must be enabled for your card.
Withdraw cash from ATMs - An extensive network of ATMs marked with the MasterCard or VISA logo is available for your cash withdrawals. Locations of Raiffeisenbank's ATMs can be found here.
Primarily your debit card serves for cash withdrawals. Your credit card also lets you withdraw cash from an ATM; however, such withdrawals are subject to an agreed interest rate.
Use Cash Back to withdraw cash from a retailer - This convenient service lets you withdraw cash using your card at a retailer. Cash Back spares you the time of finding an ATM or the walk to it.
How Cash Back works: Cash in an amount of your choice (up to 1,500 CZK) is added to a card payment exceeding 300 CZK made at a retailer.
You do not need to worry when making contactless payments. Your personal data are not available to the retailer when you make a contactless transaction, which gives you an even higher degree of privacy than traditional card payments. When making a payment at a retailer, you keep the card in your hand, having it under your control all the time. The applied data security measures prevent any copying of your card from the data collected when making the payment or in any other feasible way. Thus, you do not need to worry that the point of sale terminal operator or anyone around might be able to copy your card.

To make payments via an online payment gateway, e-commerce transactions must be enabled for your card. By default, e-commerce transactions are disabled when the card is issued, unless otherwise agreed when concluding the card agreement. There are several ways to enable e-commerce transactions:
Currently, it is the latest security standard used by Raiffeisenbank to ensure higher security of online payments made with the bank's payment cards. With the service, online card payments are now even more secure. Payments for goods are confirmed using a unique one-off code (3D Secure code) sent in a text message to the provided mobile phone number. The entire service is free of charge, including activation or text messages containing the one-off codes.
The service can be activated by making your next online purchase. After finding the goods in an e-shop and entering your payment card details, you will be automatically redirected to a site to complete the service activation in three easy steps.
If the service is already active for your card, you will confirm your next online payments by typing in the one-off codes sent to your phone.
