Portfolio characteristics

 The FWR Dividend portfolio combines stocks and bonds. The equity part of the portfolio contains about 15-20 stocks with attractive dividends.

 Selection of the stocks is subject to a thorough analysis using the quantitative model:

  • over 800 stocks from all over the world are monitored,
  • the stocks must be included in selected stock indices (e.g. US, GB, CH, GER, FR, CEE, Russia, JAP)
  • key parameters for selecting the stocks are the dividend yield, market capitalization, volatility and P/E,
  • also, emphasis is on the overall allocation of the resulting portfolio by region and industry.

The bond part of the portfolio particularly contains government and corporate bonds or bond funds.

 The minimum portfolio volume is CZK 10 million, of which at least CZK 2 million is allocated to the equity part.
