Energy efficiency loan characteristics
We will prepare a FREE basic analysis of your eligibility for a grant and of the amount of energy and money to be saved with the project.
The loan can be used to finance new machinery and technology, replacement of lighting, reconstruction or insulation of buildings, purchase of boilers, heat pumps or photovoltaic installations.
We will lend you up to 25 million CZK or the equivalent amount in EUR, USD (higher amounts are subject to individual assessment).
The loan repayment term can be up to 15 years.

We financed the acquisition of a new, more efficient production line. The company will thus reduce the consumption of energy and material for the production. Reduction in terms of personnel expenses and space required for intermediate storage can be expected as well. Implementing a new, more efficient production line significantly reduces the energy consumed and CO2 emissions produced.

The purpose is to support companies in their transition to more energy-efficient ways of production. The projects eligible for the grants are as follows:
- Thermal insulation of buildings incl. roof, replacement of windows
- Replacement of energy-inefficient machinery, lighting of buildings
- Modernization of electricity, gas and heat distribution lines
- Renewable energy sources - photovoltaic systems, solar thermal systems, heat pumps, small hydroelectric power plants, etc.
- Use of waste energy in the production process
The grants range from 35% to 65% of the project price. Our partner will assist you with the grant application. The grant amount depends on the size of the company and the NUTS region in question (Prague is not eligible for grants).
