Microsoft Internet Explorer

Situation:

1. Microsoft IE 11 does not display the Login page properly

- Switch off the compatibility view in IE Tools > Compatibility View settings
- Un-tick the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View checkbox

2. Microsoft IE 11 shows cursor prompt in title text, blotter row text and blotter header text when you click them.

- Switch off the Caret Browsing feature by pressing F7.
- Click on the page again, the cursor prompt will disappear.

Note: This setting is per session.

Also, do the following:

- Open IE Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
- Un-tick the Enable Caret Browsing for new windows and tabs checkbox

Note: While the ET HTML5 Client page is being loaded after your login, the cursor prompt always appears regardless of the Caret Browsing feature on/off.
