In case of problems with RoBoT initialization, please check following steps:

 

Supported Operating System & Internet Browser

Please make sure your operating system and internet browser supports Java. Generally, Java is not supported in most smart phones or tablets. Windows or OS X enabled notebooks and PC's are recommended when working with RoBoT.

It's also essential to use an internet browser that supports Java, such as

  • Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox*
  • Opera
  • Safari

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (available in Windows 10) do not support Java.

* Aditional steps are required to enable Java in Mozilla Firefox. Click on Menu button (three parallel bars in upper right corner) and select Add-ons. In the new dialogue window, select Plugins: from the selection, select a plugin starting with Java (TM) Platformand set Ask to Activate option.


Java Installation

Plaase verify that your gadget has Java installed. Notebooks and PC's running on OS X also require an up-to-date version of Java to start it. Java may be updated free of charge from www.java.com. An outdated Java version is one of the more frequest reasons for RoBoT initialization failure.

Username & Password Verification

If you are prompted to insert your username and password, RoBoT has been successfully started. In case you have forgotten or misplaced your login credentials, please send email to robot@rb.cz, contact your banker, or call directly an OTC dealer; please use this list. A new password will be sent out via text message to a registered phone number.
