Yes. This is a new functionality allowing you to control all business accounts you have access to. This feature is provided to all clients with access to accounts of 2 or more companies using the same method of authentication for the business accounts in question.
Yes, a name of your choice can be assigned to any account. The default pre-set names are e.g. CURRENT BUSINESS ACCOUNT or CURRENT PERSONAL ACCOUNT. You can change the account name in the details of the particular account. From the upper menu, choose “ACCOUNTS” and select the desired account. From the left menu, choose "Account details" and "Detail and settings". At "My account name", click "Change" and type the new name. This name will be displayed everywhere in the application where the particular account appears. Also, the account number is always displayed along with the name. Documents, such as account statements or payment confirmations, will show the official account name.
Yes. In the CSV export, we have changed the order of information slightly and also added some. The amount is now a fixed number format. Transaction time will be added soon.
The “Blocked by client for incoming payments” status means that no one can send you any payments for this currency folder.
“Blocked by client for outgoing payments” means that you may receive money for the given currency folder, but you may not send payment from the currency folder.
“Blocked by client” means that it is not possible to receive or send any payments using the given currency folder.
Currency folders may be activated or blocked in the settings for each particular account. Click on the “ACCOUNTS” main menu and then select in the overview the current account for which you wish to activate a new currency folder. Select “Account Details” from the left-hand-side menu, then select “Detail and settings” submenu. In the bottom part of the page displayed, you will see a table overview of the currency folders that you may use. A currency folder may be activated by clicking on the “Change” link on the particular currency line. Should you wish to activate a currency folder that you cannot find in the displayed overview, visit any of our branches to have it activated.
Both frequencies of PDF statements are available.Check the Statement settings for your account and choose a statement period that is shorter than one month – for example weekly or daily. Monthly statements will be then automatically uploaded to your internet banking as an extra and will be available among the other statements.
Statements may be obtained in three different ways. The sending of statements to the internet banking application is always included. If you select only this option, you will also get an overall printed statement by mail once a year, which is our statutory obligation. Other options include a combination of internet banking and email statements in PDF (for free) or a combination of internet banking and a printed statement by postal mail (this option is available for an additional fee).
In order to configure the statement settings, click on the main menu “ACCOUNTS”. Select in the overview the relevant current or savings account. Then select “Statements” and “Statements Settings” in the left-hand-side menu. The existing settings will be displayed, which may then be edited by clicking on the “Change” button.

Fees used to be shown in statements using the ABO or Gemini format as an aggregate sum. Now, the fees are split to multiple items (such as for individual payments or by type of fee).
Yes. You can download multiple statements as well as statements of multiple accounts at the same time from the List of all account statements. Just select the check boxes for the desired statements and click EXPORT below. If you download multiple statements, they will be put in a ZIP file that you should unzip before uploading the statements to your system. If you do not want to use ZIP, you can download the prepared statements one by one from the Documents for download section.
The place where your downloaded files will be saved can be set when the download starts. Most often, the Downloaded files folder is offered, depending on the settings of your web browser. Some allow you to choose the location with every download.
The application does not differentiate between new or already downloaded statements as there may be multiple account users authorized to download PDF or data statements. Statements are sorted by time, starting with the most recent one. Statements are uniquely identified (account number, currency, serial number) and thus you can easily check whether you have downloaded the statement already.
