How to sign in to internet banking
In Equa bank internet banking, you have created and activated access to Raiffeisenbank internet banking.
Read the instructions to sign in.

Sign in
Never sign in from a site other than www.rb.cz.
Links
The bank never sends login links by e-mail or in mobile text messages. If you receive a suspicious e-mail, never open the attachments or links.
Calling
If you receive a call from someone pretending to be an employee of the bank, do not disclose your internet banking login details.
Card details
Never give out your payment card details over the phone, especially the full card number.
Instructions for signing in to Raiffeisenbank internet banking
I have the Raiffeisen banking application
On the website at www.rb.cz, click on the blue LOGIN button in the top right corner. You will see an option to sign in using RB key, which is part of the mobile banking application.
Enter your client number (similar to the login number in Equa bank) and click LOGIN.
Confirm the login using your S-PIN, fingerprint or face scan in the mobile application.
TIP: You can view your client number in the mobile app under your profile.
I use I-PIN and SMS
On the website at www.rb.cz, click on the blue LOGIN button in the top right corner. Choose the SMS code option.
Enter your client number (similar to the login number in Equa bank) and click SEND CODE.
Enter the four-digit I-PIN (similar to the password in Equa bank) and type in the authorization SMS code sent to your mobile phone.

What to do if...
My internet banking access is blocked.
The steps differ according to the method you use to sign in to your banking.
- If you use the Raiffeisen banking (Raiffeisen bankovnictví) application, call us at 222 010 222 or visit a branch office.
- If you use I-PIN and SMS, click the Forgotten I-PIN link on the login page following an unsuccessful login attempt. In the next step, enter your personal details to receive a new PIN by e-mail.
I don't remember my login details.
- If you use the Raiffeisen banking (Raiffeisen bankovnictví) application, you will find your client number in the mobile application under your profile.
- If you use I-PIN and SMS, call the client line or visit a branch office to get your login details.
No notification to confirm the internet banking login was displayed in the application.
Sign in to the Raiffeisen banking (Raiffeisen bankovnictví) mobile application. Pending operations to be confirmed can be found in the top right corner under the key icon. If the operation is not shown in the application, try signing in to internet banking again.
I have not received the authorization SMS code.
First, try turning your phone off and on. If that doesn't work, generate a new authorization SMS code on the login website.
