 For just 89 CZK per month, Bodyguard insurance protects you in the following cases: 

Unauthorized transactions:

  • Misuse of a lost or stolen payment card, with or without the use of a PIN. 
  • Misuse of a payment card stored in an approved mobile payment service. 
  • Misuse of mobile or internet banking applications.

Loss or theft of personal belongings:

  • Payment cards and personal documents.
  • Keys to your apartment, house, or car.
  • Wallets and carry-on luggage.

Theft of personal belongings:

  • Mobile phone, laptop, tablet, glasses. 

Online shopping without worries: 

  • The cyber assistance package protects you in the digital world, including purchasing goods online: 
  • Legal assistance in case of unauthorized transactions or cash theft, damage to reputation online, or misuse of personal data.
  • IT assistance, e.g., in case of a computer or mobile being hacked or infected with a virus.
  • Insurance for online purchases in events such as non-delivery of purchased goods or delivery of damaged or incorrect goods. 

Insurance does not cover:

  • Loss or theft of items that are not insured.
  • Loss of items that are insured only against theft according to the contract.
  • Gross negligence, such as providing your personal information, card details, or authorizing a transaction via a link received from an unknown source.
