DASHBOARD

The layout of the dashboard page is fixed and cannot be rearranged. Nevertheless, if you have multiple products of the same type, e.g. multiple current accounts or credit cards, you may select which one you will see after logging into the application. (Click on the asterisk sign in the heading to set your preferred account, loan or card.)Beside that, it is possible to switch between the individual products (eg. if you have more credit cards or current accounts) or between the currency folders in case of the current account directly on the dashboard page.

An asterisk symbol can be seen with all your internet banking products. Clicking on it makes the particular product preferred and it will be displayed first in all the overviews and on the dashboard. You may change these preferences at any time by clicking on an asterisk.

Pending items notify you about important events on your account, such as future pending payments, unsuccessful payments for the past 14 days (e.g. due to insufficient funds on your account) or payments or requests awaiting co-signing. These items cannot be cleared from the overview. By clicking on the “Pending Items” section, an overview of pending payments or unsuccessful payments is displayed. If you wish to cancel a pending payment, it is necessary to do it in the details page of the given payment.

Only overviews of individual investments are displayed in the internet banking. To make an investment, click either the “Invest” or “RBroker” buttons on the dashboard. This will direct you to the WebDON/RBroker application, where you can start making investments.
