Credit Cards
May I redeem my rewards via internet banking?
Rewards may be redeemed via interactive voice system calling to the free NONSTOP info line 800 900 900.
May I ask for a supplementary card in the internet banking?
If you wish to have a supplementary credit card issued, please visit any of our branches. To open a new supplementary card, it is necessary to know the personal details about the future holder of this card; it would therefore be ideal if this person could visit the branch with you. If you wish to make an appointment in advance, please call our NONSTOP info line at 800 900 900.
How can I block a credit card?
A permanent blocking may only be carried out via the free NONSTOP info line at 800 900 900.
What does the Authorization holds item on the left –hand –side menu in Card detail mean?
Under this item, you may see all the pending transactions that have not been accounted for yet. After being accounted for, the transactions will be displayed in “Transaction history”.
I have made a repayment to my credit card account via the internet banking. Why am I not able to see the updated balance?
The updated disposable balance will always be visible within an hour after a received repayment is credited to your account.
When will I be able to see the credit card repaymentin transaction history?
A repayment paid by transfer from an account kept by Raiffeisenbank ordered on working days from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM will be accounted for within 2 hours from the moment it was made. If you transfer the repayment at the weekend or after 18:00, it will be credited on the following working day. A repayment from another bank’s account will be accounted for no later than on the working day following the moment it was sent.
Where can I view statements for my credit card?
In the main menu “CARDS” choose in the overview the requested credit card. Click on the “Statements” item in the left-hand-side menu. A list of statements that can be easily filtered or downloaded will be displayed. If you are the holder of a credit card that migrated from Citibank, the history of statements for the past three years can be found under the “Documents” icon after clicking on the “Citibank Statements” submenu item in the left-hand-side menu “List of documents”.
How can I repay my credit card debt via the internet banking?
If you also have a current account with Raiffeisenbank, simply click on the “CARD REPAYMENT” button in the details page of your credit card under the menu in the left-hand part of the screen (under the “Statements” item). You may then make your payment in the amount of the minimum due, the total amount due at the end of the settlement period, or any other amount.
If you do not have an account with Raiffeisenbank, the due amount, the account number and the variable symbol for the payment can be found in the details of the particular card in the “Billing details” section. In my account transaction history, there is a transaction with information saying “This payment can also be repaid in regular monthly payments at a lower interest rate.” What does this mean?
Transactions at a minimum amount of CZK 2,000 from the current accounting period may be broken down into regular monthly payments with a more favourable interest rate as part of the programme for paying in instalments such as the ”Nákup na splátky”. You can choose the length of the repayment period that best suits your needs. You can constantly keep track of your repayment programme through your monthly credit card statements. We will identify the transactions that are the most suitable for the Hire Purchase programme and we will suggest that you break them down via the Internet banking system. If you wish to break down a transaction which was not identified, you may do so free of charge at the NONSTOP info line at 800 900 900.
Debit Cards
How can I lock my debit card?
This function is not available in the new internet banking. However, you can easily change your card limit to zero online at any time or you can disable online payments. Both can be done on the details page of the debit card.
Can I unblock already blocked debit card? How do I block it via the internet banking?
Any card blocking done by the client is permanent and irrevocable. This is to keep your finances secure. If you cannot find you card or if it is not under your control, this must be addressed. In such an event, always call our free NONSTOP info line at 800 900 900 or block your card directly via the internet banking. Click on “CARDS” main menu and select in the overview the debit card which you wish to be blocked. Click on the “Block Card” button in the details page of the selected card in the bottom left-hand side.

May I enable or disable Online payments via internet banking?
Yes, it is possible to enable or disable Online payments for the debit card directly in the Internet banking system. Go to the “CARDS” main menu and select in the overview the debit card for which you wish to enable or disable Online payment. Its settings will be displayed in the details page. You can enable or disable Online payments in the “Limits” section by clicking on the “Change” link on the particular line.
