Under this item, you may see all the pending transactions that have not been accounted for yet. After being accounted for, the transactions will be displayed in “Transaction history”.
A repayment paid by transfer from an account kept by Raiffeisenbank ordered on working days from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM will be accounted for within 2 hours from the moment it was made. If you transfer the repayment at the weekend or after 18:00, it will be credited on the following working day. A repayment from another bank’s account will be accounted for no later than on the working day following the moment it was sent.
In the main menu “CARDS” choose in the overview the requested credit card. Click on the “Statements” item in the left-hand-side menu. A list of statements that can be easily filtered or downloaded will be displayed. If you also have a current account with Raiffeisenbank, simply click on the “CARD REPAYMENT” button in the details page of your credit card under the menu in the left-hand part of the screen (under the “Statements” item). You may then make your payment in the amount of the minimum due, the total amount due at the end of the settlement period, or any other amount.

This function is not available in the new internet banking. However, you can easily change your card limit to zero online at any time or you can disable online payments. Both can be done on the details page of the debit card.
Any card blocking done by the client is permanent and irrevocable. This is to keep your finances secure. If you cannot find you card or if it is not under your control, this must be addressed. Click on “CARDS” main menu and select in the overview the debit card which you wish to be blocked. Click on the “Block Card” button in the details page of the selected card in the bottom left-hand side.
Yes, it is possible to enable or disable Online payments for the debit card directly in the Internet banking system. Go to the “CARDS” main menu and select in the overview the debit card for which you wish to enable or disable Online payment. Its settings will be displayed in the details page. You can enable or disable Online payments in the “Limits” section by clicking on the “Change” link on the particular line.
