Variants of a Buy-to-let Mortgage

Buy-to-let Mortgage on residential property

With a Buy-to-let Mortgage you can finance an apartment or a house that you will rent out on a long-term basis.

  • You can borrow up to CZK 20 million.
  • Repayments can be spread over 5–30 years.
  • You can fix the interest rate for 1–7, 10 or 15 years.
  • When assessing your application, we may include future rental income in your regular income.
  • We will lend you up to 70% of the value of the property you pledge.
  • Up to 4 people can apply for a mortgage together.

 

How to Arrange a Mortgage

Offer with Guaranteed Rate

You can calculate your mortgage in our calculator, where you can easily find out how much we can lend you. We will send you the offer via email right after you click on "Získat nabídku" and fill in a few details. Our offer does not bind you to anything, while we guarantee you the interest rate for 30 days.

Fill Out the Application

From the guaranteed offer, you can smoothly proceed to the mortgage application, or you can choose a date for us to call you if you need advice. We can fill in the application together over the phone, or you can complete it later. After you submit the application, mortgage advisor will call you to finalize the property appraisal and sign the contract.

Property Valuation

We will appraise your property online or arrange for an appraiser to contact you.

Approval and Signing the Contract

Once you provide us with the necessary documents, we will process your mortgage within 3 days. After the mortgage is approved, we will send you the contract for review. You can discuss the contract with mortgage advisor and agree on how to sign it. You can sign the contract in person at our mortgage center or electronically through online banking.

 

Draw Down the Mortgage

You can draw down the mortgage in a lump sum or gradually. It’s entirely up to you. You can submit a drawdown request through online or mobile banking.
