It is useful if you are building a prefabricated house or a wooden house and you need to take out a mortgage but the value of the collateral is not yet sufficient.
You can bridge this period with a pre-mortgage loan.

Pre-mortgage loan

We give you a partially secured loan for up to 24 months.

You can convert the loan into a mortgage

After construction, when the property has sufficient value, the loan is converted into a normal mortgage.

Product information

It is useful if you are building a prefabricated house or a wooden house and the value of the collateral is not yet sufficient.

  • You can borrow up to CZK 4 million.
  • We will provide you with a pre-mortgage loan for up to 24 months.
  • If your property is not yet worth enough to secure the loan, you pledge the land on which the property will be built.
  • When the property is worth enough, you convert the loan into a mortgage secured on the property. With a secured mortgage, you can borrow up to CZK 20 million.
