If you want to use your account with other people, you can assign them account user rights.
You do not have to visit a branch office to do this anymore. You can manage account user rights in respect of your accounts in Internet banking.
Account users can use their banking to use your account and the money held in the account. Only you as the account holder decide on the scope of rights assigned to your account users. You may extend, restrict or cancel the rights at any time, even without the account user’s knowledge or consent.
If the account user is a client of our bank (holds an account with us), you can get everything done in Internet banking (not in the mobile application). You will also need the number of the ID document presented by the account user when opening his or her account with us.
If you want to add an account user who is not our client, please visit our branch office together.
At www.rb.cz, click on the blue LOGIN button in the top right corner and log in to Internet banking.
Click on Settings (gear wheel) and select Manage account users and Overview from the vertical menu.
Click on the yellow Add account user button and fill in the necessary details.
In Internet banking click on Settings (gear wheel) and select Manage account users and Overview from the vertical menu.
Click on Detail next to the Account user's name to view the rights set. Use the pencil icon to edit them.
