Card PIN

We will assign a PIN code to each new card. For an automatically renewed card, the PIN remains the same as for the original card.
You will need your debit card PIN to confirm ATM transactions, payments at merchants and contactless payments over CZK 500.

Take care of your security!

  • Never share your PIN with others. Raiffeisenbank will never ask you for your PIN.
  • Do not write down your PIN anywhere.
  • If you pay with your card online, you need to know the card number, the expiry date and the CVC2/CVV2 code (a three-digit code that you can find on the back of the card). When you pay online, you do not enter your PIN anywhere.

TIP
If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row, your card will be blocked for security reasons. You will have 3 more attempts after midnight.

You can view the PIN for your new card in Mobile or Internet banking.

In Mobile banking click on the picture of card, then Card Details and Card PIN.

In Internet Banking click Cards in the top menu and View PIN in the left menu.
