How to chat with us

Online Chat is located in your mobile and internet banking.

  • In Mobile Banking, click on the profile icon in the top right corner, then click on the yellow Chat button.

How to call us

The customer line is available every day from 7am to 10pm.

  • We recommend calling directly from our mobile application.

    The operator will know it is you calling and there is no need to verify your identity.

    - In Mobile Banking, click on the profile icon in the top right corner.

    - In the Bank Contacts section, select the yellow Call button.

    - If you are calling from a number you have registered with us, simply enter your S-PIN.

  • You can also call the customer service number +420 412 440 000. However, we will need to verify that it is really you calling.
  • For urgent cases, such as loss of your card or phone, suspected fraudulent transactions on your account or misuse of your access data, there is a 24-hour blocking line +420 412 446 402.

Why you need to verify your identity when you call us

We want to protect your finances and banking identity from fraudsters. Whether you call us or we call you, we need to know who we're talking to. If you're not calling us directly from our mobile app, we may ask you to verify some of the information we have about you.

Be careful! Never give out details such as account logins, passwords and PINs to confirm banking transactions or card PINs to anyone. We will never ask you for this information. If you think a call is suspicious, hang up and call us yourself. Use our customer service number or call directly from the mobile app. Don't call back to a number in your contact history.

How to make an appointment at a branch at a time that suits you

Watch the video tutorial or follow the steps below. In Mobile Banking, click on the profile icon in the top right corner, then click on the yellow Appointment button and select branch and time.

If you can't attend, you can cancel your appointment. In Mobile Banking, click the profile icon in the top right corner. At the bottom of the page, click Bank appointments and select the appointment you want to cancel.
