How to add a card into your mobile wallet

1. Download the mobile wallet application

If you're on Android, download the Google Wallet app from the Google Play store to your mobile phone. If you have an iPhone, the Apple Wallet app is already included with your phone.Under Apple and Google's terms and conditions, minors under the age of 15 cannot load a card into a mobile wallet.

2. Sign into Mobile Banking

The safe way to add a card to your mobile wallet is through mobile banking. Log in to Mobile Banking (Raiffeisen bankovnictví). On the main page of Mobile Banking, click on the selected card and go to Card Details (Detail karty).

3. Add the card to your mobile wallet

In the Card Detail (Detail karty) in Mobile Banking, select Add to Google Pay for Android or Add to Apple Wallet for iPhone. You will see a notification in the payment app that the card has been successfully added and you will see a picture of the card.

4. You can pay

You can start using mobile payments immediately.

5. Set your Raiffeisenbank card as your main card

The default card is offered as the card from which the payment is charged when you pay by mobile phone or watch.

If you have more than one card loaded in your mobile wallet, the card you loaded first is set as the default card.
