My card expires. When will you send me a new one?
A new card is mailed at the beginning of the month in which the card expires.
The PIN does not change and remains the same.
You must activate your card before first payment. Activate your card only when it has been delivered to you. Once you activate the new card, the original card will be blocked automatically.
If more than 14 days have passed since the card was sent to you and it is still not activated, we will send you an email to let you know what to do if the card has not been delivered.
TIP: Do you pay by mobile or watch?
If you have the card loaded in your mobile wallet you don't need to do anything, activating the renewed card will also update the token in your mobile wallet.
