Blocking the card

PoIf you have lost or had your card stolen, block it as soon as possible and request a new one.
You can block your card in your mobile or internet banking or by calling our customer service line
+420 412 446 402.
Card blocking is permanent and cannot be revoked!

If an insured event (misuse of the card) has occurred, contact Uniqa insurance company and report the event: Uniqa pojišt'ovna +420 488 125 125.

In the product overview, click on the debit card and select Block card in the card details.

Apply for a new card:
In the bottom menu, go to Offers (shopping cart icon) – Cards - Debit card.
In the Application select the account you want the card to be issued to and click Continue.
Continue through the application steps.
The new card will be sent by post.

The PIN for the new card will be different from your current card. You can view your PIN in Mobile or Internet Banking.

Activate your card before you make your first payment. Only activate your card when it has been delivered to you.
If more than 14 days have passed since your card was sent and it is still not activated, we will send you an email to let you know what to do if your card has not been delivered.

TIP

Not sure if you really lost your card or just can't find it and don't want to block it permanently? Set your debit card transaction limit to zero, disable online payments if necessary, and set your card limits again when you find it.
