Essential Information about the Migration

The new Internet banking application will eventually be used by all clients who have an existing eKonto account with the typical blue layout or by those who use Credit Cards Online. Please read the most important information.

When and How

By the end of this year, we are going to gradually transfer clients from the existing Internet and mobile banking application to the new version. You will be informed about the exact date in a message that you will receive through the existing Internet banking application and by email.

Those clients who have only personal accounts will be the first ones to receive the new application. If you have both a personal and a company or business account with Raiffeisenbank, you will receive the new application at the same time for all your accounts by the deadline that was established for company accounts. We will inform you about the launch date of the new application for company accounts.

In order to minimise any inconvenience related to limitations of Internet banking services, the migration will take place during the night. At 8 PM, we will switch off your existing eKonto access and the next morning, you will be able to log into your new Internet and mobile banking applications. There will not be any limitations of services for clients who use the Online Credit Cards service. There will be a brief overnight suspension of the service as we continue distributing the new application to more clients in several stages.

Changes to the Login Process

Your login credentials (client number and I-PIN number) will remain the same.

Clients who used to have the blue eKonto service shall continue to log into the Internet banking application via our website.

Clients who used the Online Credit Cards application will now be able to log in via www.rb.cz.

After entering the required information and clicking on the “Send Code” (or “Poslat kód”) button, you will be redirected to a new log-in page where you can complete the login.

Click on the link to see what the new log-in page looks like.

After logging into the mobile banking application, start by updating it in your phone. If you have automatic updates enabled, you do not need to worry about this. If you have not used mobile banking yet, you may install it for free.
