Do you know that you can search branch offices and ATMs?
Just enter a city or address.
We probably have an incorrect address registered with you.
Check your contact address and make sure your mailbox is marked with a legible name.
In Internet Banking select user settings (wheel icon) in top menu and Contact details. Here you can see what address we have listed for you.
If you are using a different address, change it.
The card was not delivered because it was sent to the wrong address.
Then block the card and request a new one.
We will inform you by SMS that the card has been sent. If the address is correct and you still haven't received your card 14 days after the SMS, the parcel was probably lost. Then block the card and request a new one.
In Internet Banking select the Cards tab from top menu.
Click on Detail button next to the card.
In the card details click Block Card and confirm.
You can then apply for a new card directly in Internet Banking. Just click on Apply button next to the card.
You don't have to wait for your plastic card to arrive. You can pay with your card as soon as you open an account, just load the card into Google Wallet or Apple Pay and pay with your mobile phone or watch.
