My card does not work
There could be a number of reasons why your card isn't working and you can't make a payment or withdraw money from an ATM. I can't pay in the shop

Contactless payment does not work and the card does not respond?
Insert the card into the terminal at the merchant and enter your PIN. This will enable contactless payments. If the situation is repeated, the antenna inside the card may be damaged. Pay by inserting the card into the terminal and entering the PIN. Then ask for a new card.
Check that you have not exceeded your card limit.
Your card has a weekly limit for card payments and a weekly limit for ATM withdrawals. You can change your limit at any time through your banking.
Are you entering your card PIN correctly?
If you enter the wrong card PIN 3 times, we will temporarily block your card for security reasons. You will be able to try again after midnight. If you forget your card PIN, you can view it at any time in your banking.
