How to apply for a new card

 Select the reason why you need a new card: 

    • Card lost or stolen
      For security reasons, lock the card first and then request a new one.
    • Change the name or company name on the card
      Early renewal of the card at your request.
    • Non-functioning card
      If your card has stopped working for any reason.
    • Undelivered card
      Did not receive your card? Follow these instructions.

Requesting a replacement card

You can apply for a replacement debit card via internet banking or at a branch.

Go to www.rb.cz, click on the blue LOGIN button in the top corner and log in to banking.

Select the Cards tab from the top menu.

From the List of requests drop-down button, select:

Active and new if the card for which you are requesting a replacement is still active or Blocked and cancelled if you have blocked the card.

Click the Detail button for the card you want to replace.

Click on the Replace card button at the very bottom of the page in the card details.

If the Replace card button is not available, request a new card.

Select the reason for the replacement (why you need to issue a replacement card).

Check the adress where the card will be sent. If the address is out of date, change your contact details before submitting the request. If the details are correct, click Continue and confirm the request in the next step.

 TIP:

When you receive your card in the post, make sure you activate.

The PIN for the card will be new and you can view it in your banking.
